Eagle Magnetic Adds New Equipment

 

Eagle Magnetic Company, Inc. proudly announces the addition of four new pieces of equipment:

 

Virtek Laser QC System - An advanced vision inspection machine for quick, automated and accurate inspection, utilizing non-contact, color-coded readouts accurate to +/- 0.002" for 2D inspection and +/- 0.010" for AFM- which eliminates the errors of traditional measuring systems.

 

Timesavers 3121-13-04 Metalworking Machine - This machine is engineered for wet operation, abrasive belt and brush deburring. The metal parts are treated with a flood of coolant, eliminating dust, reducing fire hazard and belt loading. The wet machine will improve the consistency and finish of the final product.

 

Amada HD 8025 NT - The HD 8025 is high precision CNC brake with the state of the art technology Amada has to offer. Using the Radio DIGIPRO (digital protractor) it can measure precise angles and transmits correction values to the AMNC control. It can simultaneously transmit the values of the actual measurement and the correction. With these tools, we are able to give our customers the quality and precision that is so sought after in the sheet metal industry.

 

Hurco VM10 Milling Center - The VM10 is the fastest growing vertical machining center in North America because it is the perfect combination of size and functionality. It has a small footprint but is loaded with remarkably big capacity, productivity and user flexibility. The VM10 comes equipped with Hurco’s control system, bringing the flexibility and power of all Hurco machines to this compact version.

New High Effeciency Lighting At Eagle Magnetic!

 

Eagle Magnetic has installed all new energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly lighting fixtures. This new lighting will reduce maintenance and energy costs as well as allow us to do our part to help the environment. "We were looking for a lighting system that would not only be more energy efficient and environmentally friendly, but also provide improved lighting throughout our facility," says Eagle Magnetic owner Alice Coddington. "Our employees have already noticed a difference in the color, quality and brightness that we didn't have with our old lighting system."

New Bridgeport and CNC Mills

 

Due to an increase in product demand & additional capabilities, Eagle Magnetic recently added the New Bridgeport XV 710 & the EZ Vision CNC Mills to it's long list of high accuracy machining equipment. According to Cindy Keown, production manager of Eagle Magnetic Co. " The acquisition of the new CNC mills will increase our prototype & production capabilities. In addition, this machinery will allow Eagle to better serve it's existing customer base with added capabilities and improved process efficiencies." Read more...
